HOW IT ALL WORKS
Concrete Core Fix System
Core 120mm deep holes using industrial diamond core drill
Fix spigots onto glass
Insert spigots into holes and plumb via x,y and z axis with string line
Fix using sika non shrink cement construction grout
Maximum strength allowing spans of up to 2 metre wide panels

Reinforcement of underneath deck with timber between joists
Fix spigots onto deck with bolts
Adjust spigots with string line so perfectly plum on x and y axis
Insert glass

to 2000mm wide panels – see below
Rigi-Clamp
Rigi Clamps allow us to maintain a dead straight glass line on a timber deck.
Side Fix Spigot System
Reinforcement of side of deck with timber between joints
Fix spigots onto side deck with bolts
Adjust spigots with string line so perfectly plum on x, y and z axis

Grout off glass with 24 hour curing 50mpa cement based non shrink grout, while haunching to eliminate bubbles (if bubbles remain job will fail)
Spans of up to 2000mm wide panels
Silicon or grout tile up to glass
In Ground Fix System
Dig 400mm deep x 400mm wide holes
Construct frame from steel rio bar and mesh
Pour holes with concrete allowing 30-40mm below grass level
Core 120mm deep holes using industrial diamond core drill
