HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

INITIAL INQUIRY &
CONSULTATION

Following your inquiry, we will make contact to organise a formal email quote from your measurements or to organise a site visit for design and measure.

STEP 2

SITE VISIT &
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

At this stage, we familiarise ourselves with your site and any council requirements that are applicable. After gathering the necessary data, we propose to you a tailored design that fits your budget and style.

STEP 3

QUOTATION &
DESIGN

After gathering data and requirements we then refine and finalise the design and quotation which is formally sent via email.

STEP 4

SITE PREPARATION &
INSTALLATION

Once the quote is accepted a member of our team will contact you for a detailed mm tight measure. Final site measurements are sent back to our stores where materials will be allocated and transported to site for installation. Our install team will execute installation usually within 72 hours of material drop off.

STEP 5

HANDOVER &
POST-PROJECT SUPPORT

Following installation, a final quality inspection is conducted to ensure that everything meets our high standards. We handover to our clients glazing documents and information on cleaning and maintenance of Glass and Hardware.
